There’s no question you’ve heard his stuff whether you know it or not. Überproducer RedOne has produced songs for Enrique Iglesias, Lady GaGa, Sean Kingston, Akon, Selena Gomez, and is even producing a song for Lindsay Lohan. That’s in addition to writing songs for New Kids on the Block, Brandy, MIKA, Kylie Minogue, Nicole Scherzinger and even Lionel Richie. The produced a majority of the songs on Lady GaGa’s last album The Fame Monster, and he’s continuing to work with her on her upcoming third album Born This Way. In a recent interview, he talked about his work with Lady GaGa on the new album but he didn’t say much. Here’s what he said:
“I think it’s more of her freedom album. It’s like freedom this album.. it’s her album! To be honest with you, I think that this album that she’s making is too precious to talk about. When it comes out, you’ll hear and you’ll make your choice. I think you’re gonna love it.”
