In an odd twist of fate, another Los Angeles judge intervened in the ruling that Lindsay Lohan would have to go to jail again without the opportunity to post bail after failing a court-mandated drug test. The superior judge decided that Lohan had been given a harsh punishment and allowed Lohan to post the $300,000 bail and she gets away scotch-free, provided she shows up on time to her October 22nd court hearing regarding the failed drug test.
