We all should have seen this coming, really. We should have expected her to fail a drug test, which is exactly what happened. She failed a recent random drug test that were mandatory by court-order after her sentencing and her two-week stay in the Lynwood, California correctional facility. The actress-turned-socialite, Lindsay Lohan, has been in prison twice before during which both instances wer cut short for either good behavior or overcrowding. This time, she’ll be in for at about a month at the bare minimum. She will remain in the facility until her scheduled court appearance on October 22, 2010. Then, her fate will be determined on whether she will remain in her “keep-away” unit for any further amounts of time. Personally, I would say that she will be sentenced to more time, considering the no holds barred attitude of the LA Justice Department, the second time around will be even more harsh.
