Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of MTV’s guido-inspired reality TV show, Jersey Shore, who is now a contestant on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, made his first appearance on George Lopez’s late night talk show Lopez Tonight on TBS last night. Along side his professional partner, Karina Smirnoff, appeared on the show to talk about his rise to fame in addition to his experiences on Jersey Shore and Dancing With The Stars. During the interview, he stated:
“To be honest with ya, I love it out here. I love it in LA. I’m definitely going to move out here. New Jersey’s just a little quieter, I would say.”
Since his Jersey Shore fame, The Situation has since become the face of Devotion Vodka, a vodka that has been infused with protein. He has developed an iPhone app which as become a top-seller in Apple’s App Store and he is always making appearances for a hefty charge. It’s been reported that The Situation has made over $5 million. With things like Dancing With The Stars to keep him in the spotlight, even if he does move to LA - possibly ending Jersey Shore - like it or not, The Situation might just stick around.
